We, Brett and Annetta Sayer, established ABS Rentals in 1990 with the purchase of a cozy 3-bedroom house on Sheridan Avenue along with 9 neighboring rental properties. We called it home for 13 years while starting our family and growing both our businesses, ABS Rentals and SSR Construction, Inc.

It all started with the purchase of a quaint home on Sheridan Avenue that included an adjoining nine-space mobile home court.
We developed 34 mobile home spaces and a shop area for SSR Construction. These are located in the 1700 blocks of Parker, Omarr, and Bowman Avenue.
In early 2006, we expanded and added 15 new homes on West and North Timberline Drive.
Two new homes were added to our portfolio in 2008 on the 700 block of Frank Street along with a 30-space mobile home court at 1100 East College Avenue.
The latest addition to ABS Rentals is a brand new community with 28, 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes on Frank Street, Olive Street and King Court.
We feel blessed to have been able to raise our children in such a remarkable and mindful community. ABS Rentals is proud to offer over 100 economical well-maintained homes throughout Sheridan.
